How to delete a VEYLI customer account

Delete in the app. Sign in to the VEYLI customer app, open Profile, select Delete account, and confirm your identity. Deletion is permanent and signs you out when it is complete.

Request deletion outside the app. Email privacy@getveyli.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your VEYLI customer account. We may ask you to verify that you control the account. Never send us your password or a one-time verification code.

Current Android release. The current VEYLI customer Android build is limited to booking and appointment management. It does not provide rewards, memberships, packages, gift cards, deposits, payment processing, public customer reviews, or direct in-app customer-to-business messaging.

Data deleted or de-identified. VEYLI removes the customer login identity, profile and contact information, saved addresses, customer notes, waitlist entries, favorites, account-only notifications, push-registration data, and stored user files. Future appointments are cancelled. If the same account used another VEYLI product that supports reviews, messages, renewals, or account benefits, that customer-entered content and those account benefits are also removed, replaced, or closed as applicable.

Data that may be retained. VEYLI may retain de-identified booking and business operational records where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, and business operations. Order, payment, or refund records are relevant only if they were created through another VEYLI product; the current customer Android build does not create them. Direct identifiers and customer-entered notes are removed from retained records. VEYLI also keeps a non-identifying audit record showing that the deletion was completed.

VEYLI Business owner and staff accounts use a separate support-managed process because their records may be required for an active business. Email privacy@getveyli.com to request removal or an ownership transfer.
