Using VEYLI

VEYLI provides technology that helps customers discover and book independent beauty and wellness businesses. By using VEYLI, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

Bookings

Businesses are responsible for the services they list and deliver. Customers are responsible for attending or changing bookings in line with the business’s cancellation policy. Unless stated otherwise, payment is made directly at the venue.

Accounts

You are responsible for protecting access to your account and for activity performed through it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Business listings

Business information must be accurate and may be reviewed before publication. VEYLI may suspend listings that are misleading, unsafe, unlawful or harmful to the marketplace experience.

Availability

We work to keep VEYLI reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or change as features are improved. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
